Active Vacation in Costa Rica - 10 Days/ 9 Nights

Day 01 - Arrival in San Jose and transfer to Brittania Hotel and overnight.
Day 02 - Sarapiqui River Rafting: Verdant forest reaches right up to the river's sun-basked banks. The river stretches its way through lush vegetation that is home to hummingbirds, toucans, woodpeckers and scores of other native bird species. (BL)
Day 03 - San Jose/Arenal area. Morning shuttle transfer to San Carlos area. Afternoon hike to the Arenal volcano, the most spectacularly active in Costa Rica. Overnight at selected hotel. (BL)
Day 04 - Full day tour to Caño Negro and Rio Frio with lunch. Transfer to Los Chiles, only 4 miles from the Nicaraguan border. Here our boat waits to begin the river adventure where we start our 4-hour floating safari through the tropical rainforest and pastures until arriving at the marsh. The Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge and the Rio Frio are biological humid areas considered to be one of the richest in biological diversity in Costa Rica. (BL)
Day 05 - Morning visit the Arenal Hanging Bridges. The entire project was designed to blend with the natural environment, leaving the forest virtually intact. Lunch on own. Afternoon ATV Off road tour. (B)
Day 06 - Morning shuttle transfer to Rincon de la Vieja Volcano National Park area. Afternoon at leisure to enjoy the pool. Accommodations at Hacienda Guachipelin. (B)
Day 07 - Morning Rio Negro Tubing Adventure - white water rapids in the Rio Negro, for an hour and a half. Return to Lodge by horseback riding. Afternoon The Canyon Canopy Tour, the best in Costa Rica. Much more than just the zip lines: Rappeling, Rock Climbing, Canopy, Tarzan Swings, Via Ferrata, Hanging Bridges. (B)
Day 08 - Morning transfer to Tamarindo beach to hotel with All Inclusive Meal Plan: Breakfast, lunch, dinner,local brand drinks, evening entertainment, non motorized sports activity plus more!(BD)
Day 09 - Day at leisure to enjoy the beach. (BLD)
Day 10 - Departure shuttle transfer to airport for return flight to U.S. (B)
